Meet the Master Brewer John Brubach
John holds an International Diploma in Brewing Technology from both the Siebel Institute of Technology and Doemens Academy. He’s collected numerous awards at state, national, and international levels including 6x from Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup, and NC Beer Cup. With almost 30 years of experience creating traditional and experimental styles, we’re ecstatic for him to join our team!
Getting Started With Brewing
Our Story
Opened in July 2017 our microbrewery makes all of our craft beers but we also have a full bar! Our kitchen serves fantastic beach-bar food perfect for brunch, lunch and dinner! We have a great space for events in our Ohana Room and our Beer Garden! Check us out for our live music events too!
